Queens Park Rangers — Conceptual
About the project
A Contemporary Matchday System for QPR.
Created as part of a creative trial for Queens Park Rangers, this conceptual project explored how the club’s matchday and social content could evolve into a sharper, more contemporary visual system. The work is presented independently as a creative exercise and was not published or commissioned for official club use.
The direction draws on the visual rhythm of QPR’s iconic blue-and-white hoops, combining bold typography, grain, depth and image-led compositions. Across matchday, squad and team-sheet graphics, the aim was to create a flexible system that felt recognisably QPR while giving each moment its own character.
The W12-inspired match graphic takes a more typographic route, using architectural forms and a precise information hierarchy to reflect the atmosphere and identity of Loftus Road. Together, the pieces move from expressive campaign artwork to clear, functional updates designed for fast-moving social channels.
